The Testing Task Force is currently recruiting Subject Matter Experts from around the country to participate in its historic study of the bar exam.

The Task Force is looking for entry-level lawyers (one to five years in practice) and lawyers who supervise entry-level lawyers (at least seven years in practice and at least two years supervising) to participate in focus groups to lay the foundation for a future-focused practice analysis survey to be distributed nationwide in 2019. Focus group participants will contribute to the study by providing critical insights into how the legal profession has changed and is expected to change in the near future, and what knowledge, skills, and abilities are necessary for new lawyers to practice effectively.

NCBE will cover reasonable costs for transportation, hotel, and meals for participants. Those interested in participating should complete the Task Force’s Subject Matter Expert Recruitment form.
